Carter Douglas Stitcher!!!

My last pregnancy photo, obviously taken without my knowledge, but thought it was pretty decent! This was taken the day before I went into labor, just getting ready for the graduation caused a lot of contractions, so the whole time I was being careful, hoping to not give Craig the sign that it was time to GO!! We obviously made it that night, but not by much! This is at Craig's Graduation from the police academy, so watch out bad guys!

So Carter decided to change all my thoughts and come just a few days early, what a concept!! Carter's birth was amazing, born at home and with the family close by (William heard the cries and came up within minutes to kiss his new brother, Mikaylee came up about an hour later to meet him too!) So far I have stayed out of the photos obviously, but will have Craig get a picture of us soon too. I love the photo of Melissa our midwife holding Carter, so I had to share it! The kids are loving on him, think that he is so cute and have been a great help. Craig has been amazing so I am enjoying all my time to bond and cuddle, this is the first real time I have been on the computer since labor!! I wanted to share some photos but wish you all an amazing Christmas as well.

Some Scrapbooking to Share

I went to a baby fair here in Utah, they had a booth for digital scrapbooking, I have always wanted to do this but was concerned that printing them off wouldn't look as good. You can now send up to 12x12 pages to Costco for printing, so I have been playing since last night, this is what I have done so far!! I will send them to Costco this week and see how they turned out and then see if it is all worth it. However I love that I can create them and send them to you through the email too. I obviously started at the beginning of '09, so you have to wait for more current pics, but if this goes well I can finally do 2 things at once and keep you all in the loop better.

Trip to Maine!!!

We finally packed up the family and went East to Vermont and Maine. We had a wonderful time enjoying the family and seeing everyone. We won't be in Maine for Christmas this year, instead we will be staying in Utah and having another baby! So we took this opportunity to get everyone back to Maine when the weather is actually nice. It all paid off, what a great trip this was. Of course now we want to visit again, and the kids think it should be next month that we visit!

Sea World

We went to SeaWorld and just loved it, William was amazed with the Shamu show, everytime they took a break William looked at me and asked "they're not done yet, right?" (we even went back a second night just to watch Shamu again). After going back we couldn't resist getting the kids stuffed shamu for snuggling at night time. They wanted to carry them through the airport and everywhere!!

We had a wonderful vacation, I can't believe that I was afraid the kids were too small, what a great age for them. They were wonderful, loved everything about the amusement parks and even just found joy in riding the shuttle buses around the resort! What a fun time to be a mom and just play with our children. The entire time was just a joy and an experience, I can't wait to plan our next vacation.

Disney World!!!!

Here is our Nanny with the kids, Grammy was so good and the kids just love her, she was so much fun that we may need to bring her to all of our vacations (we were able to have a date every night!)

Mikaylee found her princess Here is the fam with the headliners of Disney!

So we finally did it, we took a 5 year old and a 3 year old to Disney World, they LOVED it, had the time of their lives and just did great.

William loved the rides, Mikaylee loved meeting the princesses, especially Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) she was just mesmerized by her!
